# Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL) by Yakov Gershkovich > Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL) is a manual facial rejuvenation method created by Yakov Gershkovich, built on 30 years of hands-on practice. It works the muscles of the face, neck and collar zone with the hands alone, without devices, needles or injections. The method is taught to professionals at four-day Level 1 seminars run with Yakov in cities around the world, online through live interactive seminars, and as video courses studied at your own pace. Graduates receive a named certificate, and certified specialists can join the SFL Alliance to appear in the public catalogue and on the map where clients look for someone near them. ## About Yakov - [About Yakov Gershkovich](https://sfl-platform-beta.vercel.app/about): Who created the method and how it came about. -
