Video course
SFL Video Course for Professionals
Sculptural Face Lifting is not a massage. It is a signature technique in which every movement builds on the one before it, which is why the order and the execution matter as much as the movement itself. This course gives you the full sequence on video, filmed from several angles so you can see the exact placement of the fingers, the plane, the angle, the pressure and the posture.
What is inside
- 9 lessons covering the 32 key movements of Sculptural Face Lifting
- The anatomy of the face: the key facial muscles, what each one does and how to sculpt it
- Step by step instruction with PDF manuals you can follow along with
- 4 bonus videos and 4 PDF manuals to download
- Advice on how to optimise each movement and execute it precisely
- Rewind and rewatch as often as you like
How the course is built
- Lesson 1 opens the lymphatic and energy circulation: the four lymphatic zones, periclavicular and axillary, parotid, mandibular and the central reservoir.
- Lesson 2 works the cervical spine, the sternocleidomastoid and the platysma, including the mobilisation and traction of the cervical spine and the correct way of applying the cream.
- Lesson 3 is three movements in one: lifting the oval line of the face, sculpting the chin and working the lower jaw.
- Lesson 4 releases the emotions held in the face and in the orbicular muscle of the mouth, works the depressor and the mylohyoid muscle.
- The remaining lessons continue the sequence to the full protocol.
