Inside the four days
From the first touch to your certificate
Most of the time is practice. Theory comes exactly when your hands need it.
The first day
You already work the full sculptural sequence on a live model, with the right pressure and pace, while Yakov corrects your hands.
The days in between
The buccal work from inside the mouth, the ergonomics of your posture and the breathing rhythm that keep the result the same from client to client.
The fourth day
All 32 movements of the method on your own, then the SFL certificate, accredited by The CPD Group and verified in the official CPD registry.
Every pair of hands, corrected by Yakov
Groups stay small on purpose, so the author of the method can stand next to each participant.
