Terms of Service

Please read these terms before you create an account, book a seminar or buy a video course. They include limits on our liability.

1. About us

This website and the educational services on it are provided by Avantage SFL LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 120, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, company ID 2021-001005509 ("we", "us"). Contact: help@sflifting.com.

2. Our services

We teach the Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL) method of Yakov Gershkovich: in-person seminars (Level 1 and Level 2), video courses, self-care courses, exams and certification, and a public catalogue of certified specialists. The description, length and format of each seminar and course are shown on its page at the time of purchase.

3. Your account

You need an account to access your courses, exams and certificates. Keep your password and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at once at help@sflifting.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account yourself in your cabinet, under Profile.

4. Buying a seminar place or a course

Purchases are made through our checkout on ClickFunnels, and payments are processed by Stripe. The price, currency and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Access to a video course opens in your cabinet once the payment is confirmed. A seminar place is confirmed by email and appears in your cabinet.

5. Video courses

Each video course is digital content that opens in your cabinet after payment. Access lasts for the period shown on the course page.

6. Seminars: changes, absence and refunds

  • If we change a seminar. If we must move or cancel a seminar, you can choose a place at another date or city, or a voucher for the same course valid for 1 year.
  • If you cannot attend. For a short illness or another reason that keeps you from attending, we give you a voucher for the same seminar or an equivalent one, valid for 1 year from the purchase date. In exceptional circumstances we extend it.
  • Transfer to another person. A voucher can be transferred to another student. Write to help@sflifting.com with the name and email of the new student and their written agreement; we register them in your place.
  • Refunds. We refund the price paid if the teacher or the student dies or suffers a long-term disability, if Avantage SFL LLC is dissolved, or if a force majeure event lasts longer than 1 year. In any other exceptional circumstance, write to help@sflifting.com explaining the situation and attaching any supporting documents; we reply with our decision within 5 working days.
  • How we refund. Refunds go to the card or account used for the payment, for the amount we received, less any non-refundable fees of the bank or payment provider. No interest is added.

7. Exams and certificates

A certificate is issued after you complete the required training and your exam is approved by us. Each certificate has a unique number that anyone can check on our verification page. A certificate confirms that you were trained in the SFL method; it is not a medical licence and does not entitle you to perform medical procedures. We may withdraw a certificate if it was obtained by deception or if the holder seriously misrepresents the SFL method.

8. The specialist catalogue

Certified specialists may publish a listing in our catalogue. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and must hold any licence your country requires for your practice. We may hide a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or no longer covered by a valid certificate. You can hide or delete your listing at any time in your cabinet.

9. Your obligations

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, not to share your account, and not to copy, record, resell or publish our video courses, seminar materials or any part of them.

10. Intellectual property

Sculptural Face Lifting, the names and logos of Avantage SFL LLC and Yakov Gershkovich, and all course content, videos, texts, photographs and materials on this website belong to Avantage SFL LLC or its licensors. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch it for your own learning. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

11. Health notice

Our courses teach a manual technique. Information on this website and in our courses is educational and does not replace advice from a doctor. Self-care courses are for healthy adults; if you have a medical condition, ask your doctor before you start.

12. Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for results that depend on how you apply the technique. Our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or where the law does not allow it to be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Links to other websites

Our website links to websites we do not control, including our checkout. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on this page on the day you made it.

15. Complaints, governing law and courts

If you are unhappy with our service, write to help@sflifting.com and we will reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.

16. Other

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about our services.
