The method
What is Sculptural Face Lifting?
An author's method of natural facial rejuvenation created by Yakov Gershkovich. The therapist works with the mimic and chewing muscles from the outside and from inside the mouth, restoring muscle tone so the face returns to its own shape. It is a manual technique, performed by hand.
Who teaches the method?
Yakov Gershkovich, the author, teaches every Level 1 and Level 2 seminar himself and appears in every video course. He works with small groups of no more than sixteen people.
Can I learn it for my own face?
Yes. Self Rejuvenation is the method filmed for your own hands, at home and without a partner, with lifetime access.
Seminars
Who is Level 1 for? Do I need experience?
Level 1 is for practising professionals: estheticians, massage therapists, spa practitioners and medical specialists. A basic knowledge of facial anatomy is recommended. It adds a method to the skills you already have rather than starting a new profession.
What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Level 1 puts the base protocol into your hands and ends with a certificate and a card in the public catalogue. Level 2 is for Level 1 graduates after a period of practice: Yakov corrects your technique in detail, teaches the advanced movements including Sculptural Pulse Lifting, and you receive the Certificate of Level 2 SFL Mastery.
Is Level 2 taught online?
No. Level 2 is taught in person only, in a small group, because the advanced movements are corrected live, hand by hand.
What language is the seminar taught in?
Materials and guidance are in English, with consecutive translation during the seminar where needed. The details for each city are confirmed before it begins.
How do I register?
Open the seminar in the schedule and reserve your seat on its page. The organizer confirms your place and sends the full instructions. A deposit can hold your seat.
Certificate
What certificate will I receive?
After Level 1 you receive a personalised international SFL certificate with its own number, which anyone can check online. After Level 2 you receive the Certificate of Level 2 SFL Mastery.
Is the training accredited?
Yes. Level 1 is accredited by The CPD Group and carries 32 CPD credits, with official verification in the CPD registry.
How do clients find me after the seminar?
Every certified specialist gets a card in the public catalogue, so a client can find you by name, country and level.
Video courses
How long do I have access?
It depends on the course: Videocourse Level 1 gives five years, Videocourse Level 2 gives 365 days, Self Rejuvenation and Touch of Beauty give lifetime access.
Can I start with a video course before a seminar?
Yes, and many do. Videocourse Level 1 follows the same base protocol Yakov teaches in the room, so the seminar then goes deeper from the first hour.
