Licensing
Free, for life, and it is what gives you the right to work with the method commercially.
Certification says that you were trained. The licence says that you may practise. Any holder of an SFL certificate can apply, and the process is a single acceptance of the licensing terms.
What the licence gives you
- The right to offer SFL treatments to your clients.
- The right to use the SFL trademark when you promote yourself and your services.
- A free place in the SFL Professionals community and in the public database of specialists, with your contact details.
- It is free for every certified professional and it is granted for life.
What the licence does not cover
The licence gives the right to provide treatments, not to teach. Educational services of any kind, live or online seminars, teaching materials and educational documentation, require a separate written consent. Promotional materials that explain the methodology in a way that could be read as teaching are agreed with the owner before publication.
Who can apply
Holders of certificates from Level 1, Level 2, the video course for professionals, the interactive online courses and SFL Online Offline. Touch of Beauty and Self Rejuvenation do not qualify.

Accepting the licence means accepting the following compliance documents of Avantage SFL LLC.
The licence terms

Any SLF™ certificate holder can apply for an SFL™ license subject to successfully completed the following educational events:
Seminars: Level 1 and Level 2
Video courses: Video Course for Professionals
Online Seminars: Online Level 1, Online Level 2, Online Offline.
Touch of Beauty and Self-Rejuvenation video courses are excluded from the certification and licensing process.

This Disclaimer is issued by the owner of the Sculptural Face Lifting™ Owner (the ‘Owner), who holds all Intellectual Property rights in relation to the Sculptural Face Lifting™ methodology (the ‘Methodology’), and associated teaching materials and techniques, provided to all and every participant (the ‘Participant’), who have taken part and were taught the Methodology, received the said materials as well as the Certificate (the ‘Certificate’).

By accepting the license, the Participant obtains the right to offer new services to their own clients based on exploitation of the Owner’s Methodology as additional practical services only and not as educational services of any kind such as teaching the Organizer’s Methodology to any third parties, without any explicit consent and license from the Organizer. Educational services include live and online seminars, teaching materials and other educational documentation. Any promotional materials for cosmetic services offered by the Participant to their clients, which contain the explanation of the Methodology and could be treated as containing educational elements should be prior approved by the Owner before any publication or public offering.

By accepting the license, the Participant obtains the right to use the Owner’s name and quality trademarks in accordance with the terms of this Disclaimer.

The obligations of the Participant under the license:
5.1 To seek approval and consent from the Owner in case of any doubt of being compliant with clause 3.
5.2 To report immediately to the Owner any unintended breach of any clause of this Disclaimer by the Participant or any unintended, intended or suspected breach of Owner’s Intellectual Property rights over the Owner’s methodology.

The Participant confirms that the said Disclaimer constitutes a valid contract between the Participant and the Owner by the fact of being included and being part of the certification materials provided by the Owner and by accepting the said certificate, the Participant the said contract without any further formalities.
